Summary: We come to Cadillac several times a month. We have rental houses there. We can stay at the Days Inn most of the time. Sometimes we check in late and just pay for it. Sometimes we put it on our account. But this time it was not very good. We do not like the new TV system. Could not navigate. Did not like the heating and cooling system, could not get the room cool enough. The pillows were uncomfortable. Too large and too hard, we both woke up with a sore neck. There was no ice in the ice machine this morning for me to put just a couple ice cubes in my coffee. And I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the breakfast room Was way too noisy with way too many people in it. Maybe it should be a little bigger? Anyway, it is making us rethink staying at the Days Inn on our trips down. The last trip, we stayed at the Comfort Inn and had a wonderful stay. I guess we will have to think about it.

Summary: Our son with high functioning autism was traveling alone for the first time. We had a bump in the road and without knowing he had a disability the front desk clerk went above and beyond to help us get him on the right path.

Summary: Everything is clean, nice. We loved swimming pool-nice area for sun bath. Jacuzzi is clean, doesn’t smell with chlorine, a lot of towels. Sometimes ice machine disturbed me during my sleep. Overall the hotel is good. Lakes and cafes, beach, camping site, mini golf are around. Continental Breakfast is pretty good. The staff is very polite and kind. Thanks a lot for having us!
